The Toys for Tots Foundation is a non profit charitable organization that has been approved for 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt status. The Toys for Tots foundation will provide a receipt for all donations of $250 or more or services valued $250 or more and can be used in your annual tax exemptions. All donations are used towards the Toys for Tots operation to provide toys to the local children within the New York City area.               To Donate Toys: You can choose to go to a Toys for Tots designated Drop-Off locations with your donations.  * These locations are confirmed Toys for Tots Drive locations.  For a list of Toys for Tots Drop-Off Locations please click here .
